Pediatric rheumatologists are increasingly called to manage patients with chronic non-bacterial oteomyelitis (CNO), a rare disease now being recognized in many children. As a rare disease, there is little formal research evidence to inform its management. This session will review the state of the art in the management of CNO, to raise awareness of the expanded spectrum of clinical presentation, imaging, and treatments in use.
