Fellowship is a time of academic immersion, and for many, it is the first stepping stone for a successful career. During this session, fellows will learn the importance and benefit of having a successful rheumatology career, and also a balanced home life. Common struggles that fellows and young faculty may encounter while trying to achieve a work-life balance will be discussed. Also, practical tips and tricks will be provided.
