Dr. Whitney Marvin is an associate professor and a pediatric critical care attending physician. She co-leads the pediatric well-being program and is the PI on an innovative grant with the South Carolina Hospital Association focused on building a thriving workforce at MUSC and throughout the state of South Carolina. She is an accomplished teacher and has been awarded system wide ethics awards for her collaboration and debriefing efforts throughout her institution. She is married to an active duty service member and mom to 3 amazing young children. Taking care of our patients, ourselves, each other, and building a thriving workforce is what keeps her passion alive.
