Dr. Horton is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Epidemiology and Chancellor's Scholar at Rutgers University. His research focuses on the utilization, effectiveness, and safety of drugs in large pediatric populations and the pathogenesis and treatment of juvenile idiopathic arthritis. He was a member of the Core Oversight Team of the 2019-2021 ACR JIA Guidelines Committee and serves as Vice-Chair of the CARRA JIA Committee.
