I am a rheumatologist and researcher. My research focuses on the molecular and clinical consequences of lifestyle behaviors among people with systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis. I leverage transcriptomics and clinical data to understand the effects of physical activity, psychological stress, and stress resilience interventions on inflammatory pathways and disease outcomes in people with rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus.
