Emily Brunner, DO, RhMSUS, is a dually board-certified adult and pediatric rheumatologist. She completed her medicine-pediatrics training at Geisinger Medical Center and fellowship in both adult and pediatric rheumatology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and The Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. She is a member of USSONAR and is RhMSUS certified. Dr. Brunner is an active participant in the ultrasound workgroup in Childhood Arthritis Rheumatology Research Alliance. She regularly incorporates musculoskeletal ultrasound in the care of both pediatric and adult rheumatology patients. She is core faculty in the adult rheumatology fellowship and combined internal medicine and pediatric residency program at Geisinger Medical Center. Dr. Brunner is actively involved in medical education and enjoys working with trainees of all levels, helping them to achieve academic goals and finding personal fulfillment in medicine.
