I am an Assistant Professor of Medicine at University of Colorado (CU) Denver School of Medicine with a focus on clinical care of patients with autoimmune-associated lung disease and use of ultrasound for diagnosis and treatment of rheumatologic disease. I went to University of Notre Dame with a major in Biology and minor in Spanish and to Medical College of Georgia for medical school. I graduated from University of Colorado for both Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. My clinical work is at the CU Center for Lungs and Breathing, which applies a novel multi-disciplinary approach to the management of patients with autoimmune lung disease, including patients with scleroderma-associated interstitial lung disease (ILD). I also work in general rheumatology clinic focusing on fellow education and ultrasound use.
