Dr Lim is associate professor at the Pediatric department of the University of Manitoba and a clinician scientist at the Children's Hospital Research Institute of Manitoba. She is a pediatric rheumatologist and PhD epidemiologist. Her interests are in childhood-onset chronic rheumatic diseases especially systemic lupus erythematous and autoinflammatory diseases. She is particularly interested in delineating the adulthood outcomes– clinical and psychosocial– of patients with childhood-onset chronic rheumatic diseases. She brings an expertise in longitudinal analytic methods, highly-efficient alternative longitudinal designs and machine learning to help her discover and make sense of patients' disease trajectory information.
