Molecular Rheumatology Department, Trinity College Dublin
Dublin, Dublin, Ireland
I am a third year PhD student in the Molecular Rheumatology research group in Trinity College Dublin Biomedical Sciences Institute. In 2021, I received my undergraduate BSc degree in Human Health and Disease from Trinity College Dublin. As part of my final year thesis, I undertook a three month research project with Prof. Fearon in which I focused on examining the differential pathogenic mechanisms driving Rheumatoid arthritis and Psoriatic arthritis. Subsequently, I received funding from Prof. Fearon’s Start-up Research Funding to begin a PhD in the Molecular Rheumatology Department with my research focusing on examining differential fibroblast activity and metabolism in the joint of RA and PsA patients.
