I am a 4th year internal medicine-pediatrics resident at Massachusetts General Hospital. I am applying for fellowship in rheumatology to take care of adolescents and young adult patients with chronic diseases such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, JIA, among other rheumatologic conditions. I am interested in helping these patients transition care to adult providers and manage the complications that arise over a lifetime of chronic disease.
