Eunice is a second year PhD Student in the Wei Wang lab at the University of California, San Diego. Her primary research is integration of multi-omics data in bulk and single scale to uncover mechanisms of etiology across diseased states. This current project is in collaboration with the Gary Firestein lab from the Clinical and Translational Research Institute with 60 rheumatoid arthritis FLS samples from different joints. She will be reporting on the integration of multi-omics data in the context of rheumatoid arthritis etiology between the different joints to uncover key transcription factor drivers to explain etiology.
