Professor Stamp is a Rheumatologist at the University of Otago, Christchurch and Christchurch Public Hospital. Lisa completed her rheumatology training in New Zealand and Adelaide and her PhD at the University of Adelaide in Australia. She is Director of the Canterbury Rheumatology Immunology Research Group. Her research interests include individualization of drug treatments in rheumatic conditions, particularly gout and rheumatoid arthritis and epidemiology and treatment of vasculitis. She is the recipient of The Arthritis New Zealand National Researcher Award and the Gold Medal for Research by the University of Otago, Christchurch.
