Kristina Lend studied medical informatics at the Karolinska Institute in Sweden and graduated in 2012. Since 2014, she has been working as a research assistant at the Karolinska Institute with the NORD-STAR trial. While continuing working with the trial, she started her PhD trajectory in December 2021 at Amsterdam UMC. Her research interests are optimizing treatments in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) through clinical trials - focusing on prediction and outcomes of conventional and biologicals treatments.
