Stine Carstensen focuses on training and assessment of Musculoskeletal Ultrasound (MSUS) including invasive procedures (e.g. joint injections and aspirations). During her Ph.D. she will examine the effect of theoretical knowledge on practical performance in MSUS, using a novel developed e-learning ultrasound platform. Moreover, she is developing and validating new assessment tools for assessing skills in both diagnostic and invasive MSUS.
