Glorielly Gonzalez received her B.A. in biochemistry with a data science minor from Lawrence University in 2022. Her last research project at Lawrence in the lab of Dr. Deanna Donohoue focused on analyzing indoor air quality at the university to determine if the most used spaces on campus contained healthy air and proper airflow in a COVID context. Through her research, she has gained experience in public health, data analysis in R, building a shiny app, and explaining research findings to the public. Subsequently, Glorielly joined the NIAMS Community Health Clinic (CHC) as a post-baccalaureate research fellow in July 2022. Her current research focuses on retrospective data analysis to determine the cardiovascular risk of minority rheumatology patients with the CHC.
