I am a physician in internal medicine at the Saint Antoine hospital in Paris (France), specialize in autoimmune diseases. I did my PhD in the laboratory of Frédéric Rieux-Laucat named "Immunogenetics of pediatric autoimmune diseases" laboratory at the Imagine Institute (Paris). My work focused on the genetic bases and molecular mechanisms of pediatric Evans syndrome, in particular on the JAK/STAT pathway, and made it possible to highlight the SOCS1 deficiency. I am currently working on autoinflammatory diseases secondary to somatic mutations such as VEXAS syndrome
