I am a PGY-6 clinical fellow in Rheumatology at UCSF and a postdoctoral researcher at UC Berkeley in the lab of Greg Barton. My research focuses on lupus pathogenesis and the dysregulation of nucleic acid sensing in systemic autoimmunity. I am also interested in how the gut microbiota tunes innate immune function during systemic autoimmune inflammation.
I completed my undergraduate medical training and Internal Medicine residency at UCSF.
My other professional interests include care of vulnerable & underserved populations, mentoring, and medical education.
