Cognitive dysfunction, including brain fog is an increasingly recognized struggle for patients with rheumatic disease, with limited insight into its pathology and treatment options. The session will highlight recent advances into mechanisms governing CNS lupus, imaging approaches using functional MRI, as well as soluble biomarkers of cognitive dysfunction.
