Many trainees aspire to careers in medical education. Clinician educator tracks and fellowships (CETF) integrated into graduate medical education training programs provide one method for future clinician educators to develop their medical education knowledge and skills. In this session, speakers will discuss the purpose of CETF and will share different models for integrating CETF into residency and fellowship training programs. The presentation will highlight educational frameworks for CETF, programmatic outcomes, and pearls for audience members interested in creating their own CETF.
