Pediatric Sjögren’s disease is an underdiagnosed disorder, in part due to its unique clinical presentation and lack of classification criteria. Recently, large multisite cohort studies have elucidated the unique phenotype of Sjögren’s disease in children, including features such as less prominent dryness and greater frequency of parotitis. As this population matures into adolescents and young adults, they face unique challenges to their reproductive health.
