The session will target rheumatology trainees who would like to learn more about various career models including careers as an educator, clinician investigator, and community practitioner. A diverse group of panelists will share how they chose their current career paths, what their work life looks like as well as tips on navigating job search for these different career paths.

  • Review the different careers paths for trainees post-fellowship with focus on research in academia as researcher and educator, and private practice.
