The sharing and shaping of ever-evolving academic and community clinical practices among our immediate and associated colleagues is of utmost importance to leaders in academia. Questions arise as to how frequently and in what setting(s) these meetings should take place. One of the changes brought to the forefront by the COVID-19 pandemic is the increased utility of virtual communications. Effective use of time is critically important in maintaining these networks.
