Cheryl Crow is an occupational therapist who has lived with rheumatoid arthritis for nineteen years. Cheryl started Arthritis Life and the Arthritis Life Podcast to educate, empower and support people living with inflammatory forms of arthritis. She facilitates the online course and support group Rheum to THRIVE to help people live full and meaningful lives and connect to a supportive community.
Cheryl has been a tireless volunteer for the Arthritis Foundation and the Washington Occupational Therapy Association for many years, winning the Service Award in 2017 and serving as Legislative Chair or Membership Chair from 2016-19. She completed the American Occupational Therapy Association's Emerging Leaders Development Program in 2014. She also serves as a freelance video creator for the Global Healthy Living Foundation, and freelance writer for RheumatoidArthritis.net, EverydayHealth.Com, Healthline.Com and more.
Cheryl graduated from Samuel Merritt University in 2012 with a Masters in Occupational Therapy and earned a BA from Vassar College with honors in Psychology in 2004.
