Dr. Desh Bandhu Nepal, M.B.B.S., FACP, received his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) degree from the Institute of Medical Sciences at Banaras Hindu University, India. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Memorial Health-University Medical Center in Savannah, GA, where he also served as a chief resident. Currently, he is pursuing his Rheumatology Fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and is serving as a chief fellow.
Before embarking on his journey as a Rheumatologist, Dr. Nepal established himself as a dedicated clinician and educator, receiving numerous recognitions for his contributions to medical school and residency education. He has also been involved in curriculum design for medical school education.
Dr. Nepal has a special interest in Vasculitis and aspires to contribute to patient care and knowledge in this field. Additionally, he is passionate about providing care for patients with SLE (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus)
