"I earned my Ph.D. in Medical Immunology in 2020 from Tarbiat Modares University of Medical Science in Tehran, Iran. Following the completion of my Ph.D., I joined Dr. Inman's lab as a postdoctoral fellow in 2020 at the Krembil Research Institute, University Health Network, Toronto, ON, where I continue to conduct groundbreaking research in the field of immunology.
My primary focus lies in the realm of exosomes, intriguingly small vesicles that serve as essential mediators of intercellular communication. These tiny entities hold the potential to unveil critical insights into immune responses and their role in the context of rheumatology.
The central theme of my research centers around the isolation, characterization, and functional analysis of exosomes. These studies are conducted with a keen eye on unraveling the intricate interplay between exosomes and immune responses. Publications in "Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases," "Frontiers in Immunology," and "Communications Biology, Nature" highlight my focus on immune-molecular intersections, offering therapeutic avenues. My work aims to open up new avenues for therapeutic interventions."
